I just want to let people know just how bad Washington
Mutual Home Loans and all other divisions of Washington
Mutual treat their customers. Washington Mutual's conduct
towards their customers is totally unacceptable.
Someone resently suggested that complaints can
be sent to the "Office of Thrift Supervision"
and provided the following URL: www.ots.treas.gov.
Update- I have been informed that
the OTS is totally useless and uninterested in handling
individual complaints, so I ask that you do indeed contact
them if only to raise their awareness of problems with
WasMu!
